Charlie calls 'em the 'Terror Transcripts.' Could be that's an accurate description. But the implications are enormous. We nabbed a big fish that was a bigger catch than we realized, we don't kill him, preferring to keep him locked in a life struggle of guilt (like he'd ever feel that after all the stuff he'd apparently done), and it turns out he even tried to take out Carter, possibly one of his bestest of secret-closet friends (following the enemy-friend mantra).
